  • Screen and select top tier private equity fund managers, and maintain an active pipeline of new funds
  • Conduct rigorous due diligence and analysis to evaluate each individual fund investment and make final recommendations
  • Prepare all relevant materials to assist internal approval processes (Investment Committee, Board, etc.)
  • Review legal documentation and negotiate key terms of investment and side letters
  • Closely monitor completed investments, including portfolio review, pipeline update, periodic meetings, annual general meeting (AGM) attendance and cash flow monitoring
  • Assist with middle and back office functions and providing consultation and training
  • Provide updated research on the private equity market on a periodic basis
